I had a new gas central heating system and boiler fitted 4/10/2023. Kia and Allan turned up to do the job on time. After walk round with myself realised the cupboard the surveyor had suggested was no good came up with a solution to put boiler in another cupboard which made the job a bit more work for them as had to move piping ect. They worked non stop all day and got everything up and running that day !!! ( that’s a complete gas central heating systems radiators pipes boiler smoke alarms the lot ) They were amazing clean tidy job you wouldn’t have know they were there. They are an asset to the company I would like to thank Kia and Allan very much they made what I thought would be very stressful a walk in the park 👍 I would definitely recommended this company to family and friends.

Very happy with the service McInnes Group provided -the survey, quotation, administration & installation of my heat pump system. I was particularly impressed with how the installation team hit the ground running on, got stuck into the task immediately and with everyone knowing exactly what to do. Everyone was very knowledgeable, obliging, and keen to produce a good neat job. They also cleared up at the end of each working day which was much appreciated. Very surprised & delighted that the work was done so quickly in just over 2 days from a standing start on a retrofit.

McInnes Group and Windhager were engaged to install a Log Gasification Boiler in early 2023 after the previous local installer and supplier completely let us down. In less than 2 months the Boiler and ancillary equipment were supplied and expertly installed by the team from McInnes Group. This system replaced an existing Oil Boiler with complex internal and external pipework, electrical and internet connections. The work was done quickly, tidily and in difficult weather conditions. Total costs were as quoted. A thoroughly professional operation from start to finish. Thank you.

Recently had McInnes group out to replace boiler Radiators and pipework. Cannot praise all the boys highly enough, appeared bang on time straight to work no messing about and did a brilliant thorough tidy job and explained everything at every stage. Demonstrated everything at the end and took every little of rubbish away with them. Absolutely brilliant, highly recommended
